	General Status Nate has been with the academy for years except for when he was twelve and disappeared for 6 months. He's the younger brother of Victoria Edan and is the fifth in line to the throne.

History and Personality

History Personality Nathaniel was born into royalty and loved every moment. Adored by his mother and the sunshine in his father's eyes, he was talkative and had a habit of making everyone around him happy. He had the world's best tutors but was never allowed to converse much with the outside world so he settled with being fast friends with his cousins. When he entered the academy, he loved it and rose to the top. Everyone knew who he was and that he was going somewhere. He had plans too, as well, and dreamed big. But everything changed when the fire nation attacked. Or when he was kidnapped by a bunch of criminals. He was riding his horse through the forest surrounding his mansion the summer after his second year. He didn't have much privacy so he took advantage of every moment he got. Because of this, he didn't notice how far he went and stumbled on the group. Finding their candidate of someone to hold ransom against the royal family, they kidnapped him. Five months later, a picture surfaced of him beaten up badly and a picture describing the amount of money they needed to cough up for his return. After his return, he had changed drastically and it only got worse. His voice began to shrink and soon he barely said anything. Gloomy and dark, he often slipped into screaming at his parents after getting into a fight with them but eventually calmed down and was able to act normally, even though he kept people at a ten feets distance. He now found the royal life nothing but fake and doesn't really want anything to do with it, but he doesn't want to leave it either due to liking the security it gives. Nate is a loner, he doesn't particularly like being around people much anymore. He puts on a front to scare people off and though he sometimes gets rather lonely, he'd rather that than putting on a smile. Underneath the hard exterior, Nate can be kind and rather helpful, going out of his way to make someone else's life easier.

Grace Bridgewater-Edan: He likes her, confessing to himself that she doesn't really deserve anything she got. Seojun Edan:Nate's wary of him, not really trusting his intents.
